This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn about the dining/food service. Bussers keep the restaurant moving along by transporting food, dishes, etc. and ensuring tables are clear and properly reset for new patrons.
Bussers will be perceptive to needs of staff, managers and customers. Primary responsibilities include being an effective team member in assisting the wait-staff as well as clearing and resetting tables in a clean, timely and efficient manner.
Applicants should be able to lift and carry trays of dishes as well as maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Timely and reliable attendance is a must, along with a desire and ability to provide friendly customer service.
