The Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center, located near the Village at Lincoln Peak, is a year-round health and fitness facility. If you are looking to work up a sweat, the SHaRC offers cardio equipment, free weights, assorted fitness classes, indoor tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, half-court basketball, Kids Adventure Zone, and kids swim lessons. Rejuvenate with a massage (call for appointment options), swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Seasonal offerings include a rock-climbing room in the winter, and outdoor pool and an outdoor tennis court for the fall and summer.

    • Pools, Saunas and Hot Tubs
      The SHARC has both an indoor pool and hot tub, along with an outdoor pool and hot tub. There are several saunas available.

      The SHaRC’s outdoor pool offers cool waters against the summer heat, beers and other beverages and mountain views. Plus, there’s a hot tub for soaking and if you’re looking to give the kids a priceless skill, group swim lessons are available.

    • Sports SIMulators
      The three new Sports SIM Suites, located at the Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHaRC) just down the road from Lincoln Peak, offer hours of immersive fun in such games as hockey, bowling, sport shooting and more. We’ve completely transformed what once were racquet ball courts at the SHaRC into new realties where you can choose to go head-to-head with an NHL goalie, shoot skeet, or play a round of golf on close to 100 courses such as Pebble Beach and Bethpage Black. The state-of-the-art suites have arrays of HD cameras that track and measure your movements to put you in the games! They’re perfect apres fun.

      Rent one suite for the family or all three for some corporate team building, or a wedding party. Plus, if you’re a “serious” golfer or someone just looking to shave a stroke or two from your game, Sugarbush golf pro Roger King is available for private lessons guiding you through course play and using the suites’ hi-tech swing analyzers to improve your game.

    • Gym and Free Weights
      The SHARC has different types of gym equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, row machines, stationary bikes, Peloton bikes, free weights and weight machines. Group classes and gym facilities are included in the membership or day access rate.
    • Tennis
      The Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center has 2 year-round, indoor courts.

      Court times are 60-90 minutes.

    • Massages and Body Work
      Pamper yourself with a soothing massage therapy session by a certified massage therapist. Massages are offered daily by appointment and include use of the entire Sugarbush Health & Recreation facility for the day.

      Available Massages: Relaxation and Deep Tissue.
      60-minute massage is $130. 90-minute massage is $185.

    • Rock Climbing
      Our Climbing Wall Instructors make climbing exciting and accessible to ages 4 and up. No experience is necessary.

      With many years of experience teaching children and adults, they will help you experience the vertical world in a safe and encouraging environment.

      Rates: $20 for those with membership
      (includes equipment and instruction)

      $20 plus day fee for non-members
