Date Changes
If plans change and you need to alter your start date (to another date during the 21/22 ski season) or number of days skiing or riding, no problem. Simply call us at 802-552-4007 or email us at seasonpass@sugarbush.com with your date change or cancellation request prior to 10am on the day the ticket is starting to make your change. You are responsible for any increase in price between the original ticket(s) and the new ticket(s) price (current online rate applies).

Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your advance purchase tickets at any time before 72 hours prior to the start date of your ticket for a $10 cancellation fee per ticket/day (ie 3 day ticket would be charged a $30 cancellation fee), Simply call us at 802-552-4007 to cancel your tickets. Tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours of the start date.

Ski & Ride School

Advance reservations are required for all Ski & Ride School programs throughout the season. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance online at Sugarbush.com or by phone daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM by calling 802-583-6542. All programs are subject to availability and may sell out. Same day availability will be very limited so please book in advance.

Reservations are charged in full when booked.

Cancellations and reservation changes made by 4:00 PM two days prior to their effective date will receive a full refund. Cancellations and changes made by 4:00 PM one day prior to their effective date will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee or a full credit toward future lessons. Same day cancellations and changes will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee or a credit toward future lessons minus a $25 fee. Please note that rescheduling a lesson is considered a change to your reservation and will incur the appropriate fee. Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellations.

No-Shows will be charged for the applicable lessons in full and any subsequent lessons will be cancelled. Cancellations made after the scheduled lesson time are considered a No-Show and will be charged the full amount. To make any changes or cancellations please call 802-583-6542.

Rentals

Advanced reservations are required for all ski and snowboard equipment rental packages this winter. We cannot accommodate walk-up rental packages at this time. Reservations can be made online or by phone daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM by calling 802.552.4007.

Cancellations and reservation changes made by 4:00 PM two days prior to their effective date will receive a full refund. Cancellations and changes made by 4:00 PM one day prior to their effective date will receive a full credit toward future equipment rentals. Same day cancellations and changes will receive a credit toward future equipment rental minus a $10 cancellation fee. Please note that changing the date of your equipment rental is considered a change to your reservation and will incur the appropriate fee. Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellations.

No-Shows will be charged for the applicable equipment rentals in full. Cancellations made after the start date are considered a No-Show and will be charged the full amount.

Lodging

Cancellations that occur within 21 days of arrival incur a full prepayment penalty of all monies on file. Reservations booked 0 to 21 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable. During vacation periods (12/25/20 - 1/3/21, 1/16/21 - 1/18/21, 2/13/21 - 2/21/21), cancellations that occur within 45 days of arrival incur a full prepayment penalty of all monies on file. Reservations booked 0 to 45 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable.

Allyn's Lodge Dinners

For any Allyn's Lodge Dinner booked for the 21/22 season and that is deemed to be unsafe to travel by the Center of Disease Control, and/or National and State Departments of Health, or should certain states continue to have a shelter in place order, deposits will be kept on file to be used towards a future dinner or be refunded if the dinner cannot be rescheduled.

Any non-COVID-19 cancellation request will be subject to the deposit being held on file to be used for a future dinner.
