As a first point of contact for many Sugarbush guests, Rental/Repair Staff are an important component of the overall guest experience. We are a busy shop that facilitates and manages guest needs while maintaining a pleasant and helpful atmosphere.
 

Responsibilities

Duties include greeting guests in a professional manner while assisting them with their rental & repair needs, booking and processing rental reservations, answering phones, and utilizing a point of sale  for customer transactions.

 

Requirements

  • Must be able to process customers efficiently with excellent customer service skills.
  • Requires ability to juggle a variety of tasks- adjusting to differing levels of business from a high demand day to slow periods of inactivity.
  • Must have a solid work background. 
  • Ability to work holidays and/or weekends, though shifts may vary.
