Morning Assistant Restaurant Manager
Sugarbush Resort is seeking an enthusiastic assistant manager for the beautiful Rumble's Kitchen at the heart of Lincoln Peak Village. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to assist with all front-of-the-house operations (including bar and special functions) and build upon the success of our fine dining experience.

The Rumble's Morning Assistant Manager will ensure that high service standards are met for resort guests by monitoring floor activity and handling staff recruitment, training, performance, and motivation. Additionally, the assistant manager will lead the team with demonstrated flexibility to fill-in wherever needed- working all stations in front of house, bartending, hosting, bussing, serving, and expediting.
This position will assisit with supervising employee payroll, scheduling staff, and following established accounting practices. Regular and accurate inventory management of the wine and beverage list, along with back of house supplies (i.e. linens), is expected.
Previous fine dining experience- preferably in a supervisory role. Candidates must have a pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills- capable of handling demanding challenges with clarity and good judgment. Also must be fit to lift at least 50 pounds, move furniture, and not fatigue with long hours on feet or walking.
Must be able to work mornings, weekends, holidays, and unexpected busy periods.
