      POOL & HOT TUBS
      Clay Brook at Sugarbush offers a year-round outdoor heated pool and two outdoor hot tubs. The pool is heated to between 80 and 82°F, and hot tubs are heated to 104°F.

      FITNESS ROOM
      All guests staying in Clay Brook at Sugarbush receive 24-hour keycard access to the fitness room, located in the north wing on the first floor. The fitness room is home to state-of-the-art gym equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, a recumbent bicycle, and a Bowflex® multi-trainer. The fitness room is appointed with cable television on an LCD screen.

      Just inside the fitness room is a console, stocked daily with fresh towels. Water is also provided. Changing and shower facilities are located directly next to the fitness room.

      As an added bonus, all resort guests also receive complimentary access to the Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center.

      RESTAURANT & BAR
      There are many dining options at Sugarbush and throughout the local area. While staying with us, be sure to dine at our in-house restaurant, Rumble's Kitchen, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an inviting bar and fireplace for après ski. The creative chefs at Rumble's stir up recipes for every occasion using fresh and local food.

      GAME ROOM
      Located next to the lower level lobby, our Game Room has a Foosball table, board games, books, and a television with a Nintendo Wii. Complimentary age-appropriate Wii games are available from the Front Desk.


      PET-FRIENDLY HOSPITALITY
      Clay Brook at Sugarbush understands that your dog is a member of your family and therefore welcomes your well-behaved dog in designated dog-friendly residences in the south wing of the building.       SKI IN/SKI OUT ACCESS

      Clay Brook is located slopeside on Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak and provides ski-in, ski-out access. Just steps outside your hotel, you'll have access to Super Bravo Express, Valley House Quad, Gate House Express, Village Double, and Welcome Mat.

      ON SITE FITNESS CENTER

      The fitness center is located in the north wing on the first floor and is open 24 hours a day. Equipment includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, a recumbent bicycle, and a Bowflex® multi-trainer, as well as cable television. Changing and shower facilities are located directly next to the center.All Clay Brook guests also receive complimentary access to the Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center.

      YEAR ROUND HEATED POOL AND HOT TUBS

      The pool and hot tubs are located outside in the Clay Brook Courtyard and are heated year-round. The pool is heated to between 80 and 82°F, and top tubs are heated to 104°F.


      CONCIERGE SERVICES
      The Concierge can attend to every detail during your vacation with us, whether it’s stocking the kitchen in your suite with your favorite foods before your arrival, scheduling ski lessons for your children, arranging activities for the whole family, or booking reservations.


      GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICEThe Concierge will gladly stock your kitchen before you arrive. This service is complimentary for Clay Brook at Sugarbush owners and available to rental guests for a 20% service fee and $25 delivery charge. To place an order for grocery delivery notify the Concierge 24 hours in advance for a delivery at 4 p.m. the next day. Note: we are unable to purchase alcohol or tobacco products on behalf of guests.

      BELL SERVICE, EQUIPMENT VALET, & PERSONAL STORAGEA bellhop is available to assist you throughout your stay. Upon arrival, a bellhop will valet your skis, snowboards and boots.


      BOOT VALET
      Located on the first floor next to the elevator and courtyard entrance, the boot valet will care for your ski and/or snowboard boots for the day, night or week, ensuring that they are warm and dry before the start of your next winter adventure. The valet will trade your ski/snowboard boots for your street shoes and store your boots on dryers for your next use.

      SKI & SNOWBOARD VALET
      Located in the courtyard just beyond the pool, the ski and snowboard valet will store your gear and have it ready for you to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. The valet staff will gladly inspect your equipment and recommend tuning services or repairs and arrange for such services overnight.

      BIKE STORAGE
      Bike racks are located in the garage. If you don't have a personal lock with you, one can be provided.

      BABYSITTERS
      The Concierge can provide you with a list of local babysitters that is maintained by the Sugarbush Day School.

      TESLA CHARGING STATIONS
      Clay Brook offers two Tesla Charging Stations in the garage free of use for hotel guests. Non-hotel guests can access charging stations through valet parking service, which is a $25 charge.



    • Clay Brook Dog Policies
      Clay Brook at Sugarbush understands your dog is a member of your family. We welcome well behaved dogs in designated residences. The following dog-friendly policies apply and are subject to change according to The Board of Directors of the Clay Brook Unit Owners Association or as experience dictates.

      • Clay Brook at Sugarbush allows only dogs as pets in designated "dog-friendly" units.
      • Only well behaved dogs are allowed. Dogs must not be a disturbance to other guests. Management reserves the right to request removal of dogs behaving inappropriately.
      • Please consider housing your dog in its crate whenever left alone in the unit. This may help dogs feel more secure in unfamiliar space, and may be requested if your dog demonstrates barking behavior in your absence.
      • If you will not be present when housekeeping is scheduled for your unit, your dog/s must be left in a crate/s.
      • Crates and leashes will be available for owners if needed.
      • Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your unit.
      • Dogs are only allowed in the following common spaces outside the unit: the hallway to the unit and to the elevator, the South Stairwell in the Dog-Friendly wing, the elevator itself, and the Clay Brook entrance and lobby. No dogs are allowed in the other hallways of Clay Brook, Rumble's Kitchen Restaurant, or in the pool area via the pool gate off the outside walkway.
      • You may exit Clay Brook with your dog via the front lobby to the parking lot level, via the 1st floor lobby to the Lincoln Peak Village Plaza, or via the South Stairwell to the Parking Garage and out the garage doors.
      • You must enter Clay Brook with your dog via the Main Entrance and lobby.
      • Your dog may be walked in designated wooded areas. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Management provides mutt mitts and designated disposal areas on the grounds for owner convenience.

      Clay Brook Hotel owner fees:
      The Dog-Housekeeping fee is charged upon arrival according the following schedule (additional per stay):
      • Slope-side King: $35
      • Studio: $35
      • 1 Bedroom Unit: $45
      • 2 Bedroom Unit: $55
      • 3 Bedroom Unit: $65
      • 4 Bedroom Unit: $75
      • 5 Bedroom Unit: $85
      Fees cover sanitization of the unit -- required upon departure. These fees are subject to change without prior notice as experience over time dictates.


    • Exchange Guidelines
      The Clay Brook Internal Exchange Program allows two owners to exchange owned intervals. Exchanges need not be for full intervals, nor for equally sized units, but may be negotiated to meet the needs and priorities of the owners.
      • All negotiations must be anonymous between the owners, and done through Owner Services.
      • Every attempt will be made to keep the owner in his owned unit.
      • Owners filling requests for Exchanged dates are allowed to place that unit into the Rental Program if they are participants of the program, and will receive any rental income. This is a revision of the original Internal Exchange policy.
      • Both Exchanging owners will be asked to sign documents relinquishing their old dates and confirming their new ones.
      • The owner who is in residence at the time will be billed for all housekeeping fees.
      • Exchange requests will remain active until an exchange is fulfilled, the dates expire, or the owner withdraws the request.
      • Exchanges cannot be made with Sugarbush Resort for fractions that may have not been sold.
