Dust off your dirndls and lace up those lederhosen... Oktoberfest is back at Sugarbush on Saturday, October 11th, and it’s shaping up to be one for the books! From crisp mountain air and scenic lift rides to Bavarian eats, local brews, and live oompah tunes, this is your annual excuse to dance, drink and devour pretzels the size of your head.

The party kicks off at noon with the Inseldudler German Band 12-2:30PM setting the soundtrack, while Burly Axe brings the thrill of axe throwing to the mountain. Bring the whole crew, there’ll be activities for the kinder and folk all day. And of course, no Oktoberfest is complete without competitions:

• 1:00 PM – Stein-Holding Contest: Test your strength and endurance.
• 2:00 PM – Keg Toss: Toss like a legend and claim bragging rights.
  
  Fuel up on brats, schnitzel and pints all afternoon long. It’s fall’s biggest bash and you don’t want to miss it. Make it a weekend and join us on Community Day on Sunday 10/12.
