Are rentals and lift tickets included?
Lift tickets and rentals must be added during booking unless otherwise noted in the program. Helmets are included with rentals.
Does my child need experience to join?
Nope! We welcome first-timers and beginners in all Schoolhouse age groups. Our trained coaches create a safe and encouraging environment for kids to learn at their own pace.
Is lunch included?
Yes, for full-day Schoolhouse programs only. Lunch is supervised and served indoors. Be sure to let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions during booking. Half-day programs do not include lunch, so please plan accordingly.
What if my child gets cold, tired or upset?
Our coaches are trained to help kids through those moments with patience and care. We take regular breaks and bring kids inside when needed. If your child needs more support, we’ll reach out directly to you.
What should my child wear?
Kids should come dressed in waterproof outerwear, including a jacket, snow pants, gloves or mittens, and ski socks. Helmets are required (included with rentals), and goggles or sunglasses are strongly recommended. Please avoid cotton layers, it won’t keep them warm once wet.
