The Advanced Series is the perfect way for dedicated alpine skiers to join a great community of like-minded people. Coached by an all-star group of our finest instructors, the Advanced Series is for those skiers who already spend their time on black diamond trails and who want to fine-tune their skills and tactics to make the most of Sugarbush’s expert terrain.
The Advanced Series is offered for two three-week sessions. The first session meets every Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for three consecutive weeks. The second session meets every Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for three consecutive weeks. Participants are welcome to attend both sessions!
Details
- Minimum of 3 participants per session required to run the program
- Lessons meet outside at the Farmhouse Building at Lincoln Peak
- Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the lesson, or 45 minutes in advance if you need to pick up rental equipment
- Lessons do not include lift ticket, rental equipment, or snow sports helmet
- Tele skiing and snowboarding available for groups of 3+
Know Before You Go
- All Ski & Ride School participants under the age of 13 are required to wear a properly fitted and fastened winter sports helmet. Helmets are recommended for all ages and are included in rental package but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
- Participants may use terrain features and jumps while skiing and riding in a lesson.
- Wear water resistant snow pants and jacket suitable to weather and temperature, one pair of socks (polyester or ski designed socks), active-wear long underwear, gloves or mittens (mittens better when cold), goggles or sunglasses, hat (if not wearing a helmet), neck gaiter or face mask, and sunscreen
- Wearing anything cotton is NOT A GOOD IDEA
- Get a good night’s sleep, and eat a hearty breakfast
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the start date will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per order.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable
- There is no fee to change (reschedule) lessons prior to 72 hours of lesson start date
- Changes made within 72 hours and at least by 4pm the day prior to lesson date will be charged a $50 rebooking fee per lesson
- Day of changes are not permitted
- If the resort is open for skiing/riding there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly.
