Gate House Lodge

This modern lodge features cathedral ceilings, walls of windows for expansive mountain views and seats up to 250. Across the courtyard you’ll find Rumble's Bistro & Bar, and the relaxed, yet refined Clay Brook Luxury Hotel & Residences.

Outdoor Ceremonies and Cocktail Hours

Lincoln Peak Courtyard

The new and recently remodeled Lincoln Peak Courtyard is a beautiful, spacious location for welcome parties, cocktail hours, ceremonies, and wedding after parties. The Courtyard has fire pits, two outdoor bars and a pizza oven, making for the perfect location to host summer wedding festivities and celebrations.

Mountaintop Meadow via Private Chairlift

The Mountaintop Meadow is located at the top of the Gate House chairlift, providing expansive views of the Mad River Valley and beyond and a unique guest experience. Ride the lift up the mountain to the ceremony location, suitable for up to 250 people, then head back down to the base area for the cocktail hour and reception. Mountaintop ceremonies are available for Gate House receptions.

Gate House Lawn

The Gate House Lawn is located right outside of the Farm House and boasts views of the Green Mountains while being conveniently located next to Clay Brook and the Lincoln Peak Courtyard. This scenic location makes for easy access to both cocktail hour and reception sites.

Clay Brook Courtyard

Start your wedding celebration in the beautiful lawn conveniently located next to the Clay Brook Hotel & Residences at the base of Lincoln Pea. This ceremony location allows easy guest access to a Rumble’s Bistro & Bar reception and has beautiful mountain views.

The Rumble’s Wedding Package provides easy accessibility to all celebration locations, while being surrounded by the mountain views that make Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley so special. Have your ceremony outside on the Clay Brook Lawn, and then head just a few steps away to Rumble’s Bistro & Bar. Rumble’s offers understated elegance and is a rustic and intimate reception location. Rumble's is the perfect venue for celebrations of up to 100 guests, and is conveniently attached to the Clay Brook Hotel and Residences.

Our elegant post-and-beam round room features 45-foot cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, and outdoor slopeside terrace. Rumble’s is the perfect venue to host your semi-private rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests followed by a welcome reception.
