      Snowcat Tours & Dining Experience | Sugarbush Resort

      Unique family experience that celebrates memorable occasions

      Discover Sugarbush like never before with our Allyn’s Lodge Experience. This unique adventure has you enjoying the mountain in a whole new way: at night. Guests journey up to Lincoln Peak’s Allyn’s Lodge via cabin cat, heated and fitted with 9 passenger seats to surround yourself with friends and family. We also offer the option to snowshoe or skin to the lodge with a Sugarbush guide.

      Once there, enjoy a five-course dining experience with upscale Vermont fare in an intimate atmosphere lit by candles and a crackling fire. Meals typically consist of hors d’oeuvres, soup, salad, entrée, and dessert and menu options are available upon request.

      Following the meal, bundle up for a moonlit ski on a freshly groomed trail led by ski patrol, or descend to the base in the comfort of the heated cabin cat. Skiing down in the quiet of the night heightens the senses, providing an experience many guests return for again and again.

      23/24 Allyn’s Lodge Snowcat Tour & Dining Experience

      • $290 a person mid-week non holiday and $325 a person weekends/holidays. Must commit to 9 paid seats for a private dinner. Groups can be up to 18 people. Total seat count must be confirmed two weeks in advance of experience date.
      • The cabin cat departs from the base area at 5:00 PM. Additional trips will be taken as needed to transport all guests. The dinner typically ends around 9:00 PM followed by the moonlit ski or cabin cat ride(s) down.
      • Available to all ages. Children 2 and under are free and may ride in adult laps.
      • Any dinner with guests 14 and under who wish to ski/ride down will need an additional ski patrol to assist for safety purposes. A $210 staffing fee will apply.
      • This experience is open to non-skiers/riders. The optional ski/ride down at the end of the event is only for advanced skiers/riders.
      • Local beer and wine are available for additional purchase.
      • Complimentary headlamps are provided for those skiing down.

      We truly enjoyed our Allyns dinner event. It was such pretty and unique location. Allyn’s was decorated beautifully with a roaring fire, white linen table setting in the cozy rustic lodge. The food was outstanding- one of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in the valley. And so much fun to hike up and ski down at night. We were so lucky with a beautiful gentle snow piling up while we dined. The dinner was topped off with an amazing smooth powder ski down with our headlamps. Many thanks to our patrol guides who led the way.
