Health and Safety Protocol
COVID-19 updates as well as all health and safety policies
Resort Safety Practices
At Sugarbush, we believe nothing is more important than the health, safety
and well-being of our guests and our staff. We abide by the highest level of
standards, including industry best practices, state, and federal guidelines and
are committed to the enhancement of these procedures as we continue to
prioritize the safety of our guests, employees, and community. We also recognize how unpredictable the virus and regulatory environment are
and we will continue to evaluate and adapt, accordingly. As such, all Covid
policies, protocols, and practices are subject to change based on the evolving
nature of the pandemic. If more stringent local, state, or federal guidelines
are enacted, we will follow them.
If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please reach out to communications@sugarbush.com.
Facial Coverings
Indoors: Face covers are recommended regardless of vaccination status while indoors at locations that are open to the public. This is in alignment with the Town of Warren Rule. WarrenVt.Org
Outdoors: Guests are not required to wear facial coverings outdoors, in lift lines, or in outdoor dining spaces, regardless of vaccination status, unless otherwise required by local, state, or federal regulatory requirements. When feasible guests should continue to utilize physical distancing of 6’ or more from others.
Indoor Occupancy Restrictions
Currently, there are no indoor capacity restrictions or COVID-19 specific
reservations required within our resort venues. We do not foresee imposing
capacity restrictions in lodges or restaurants unless otherwise required by
local, state, or federal regulatory requirements. However, during peak periods we
may reduce indoor seating and/or utilize other tactics to reduce occupancy.
Lift Capacities
There are no capacity restrictions on our lifts or in our lift lines. Guests
who wish to ride alone and/or solely with their own party may request so of the
Lift Operator, however, during peak periods these parties should expect delays.
Physical Distancing
Physical distancing of 6’ or more from persons outside the same household is
encouraged when possible, particularly indoors.
Vaccination Status
Guests will not be asked their vaccination status.
