Vermont Country Thanksgiving

Join us this Thanksgiving at Rumbles' Kitchen for a traditional New England feast.

$30 for adults and $15 for kids 12 & under.

Featuring:

Harvest Bisque
Butternut and sweet potato soup with spiced pumpernickel croutons

Assorted Bread Display
Whipped local butter, cream cheese, jams and jellies

Salads and Culinary Displays

Harvest Salad Display
Romaine, radicchio, cranberries, grilled red pearl onions, roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, roasted beets, aged goat cheese, toasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and a honey apple dressing

Tossed Green Salad
Baby kale, spinach and arugula, tomatoes, croutons, cucumbers, radishes, olives and artichokes

Smoked Salmon Display
Pimentos, diced hard eggs, onions, capers, brioche crostini, (1) roasted garlic and (2) dill cream cheese
