Sugarbush Resort Hosts Job Fairs
Warren, VT (September 19, 2017) – Sugarbush Resort is hiring for the winter season. Over the last three years, Sugarbush has received three Governor’s Wellness Awards in recognition of the resort’s commitment to employee safety, environment, and wellness. This past year, the resort also received the Vermont Leadership Award from the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness. The resort was cited as the best Vermont ski area (Vermont Sports Magazine, 2017), and #2 in the East (Ski Magazine, 2017). And several employees have been individually recognized for excellence in their fields (lift maintenance and bartending). The resort is consistently recognized industry-wide for exemplary guest service.
The mountain is hosting two on-resort job fairs this fall at Lincoln Peak. The first is this Thursday, September 21st from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Rumble’s Kitchen. Attendees are encouraged to enjoy drink specials and free refreshments. The second job fair is Saturday, November 11th from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM at The Schoolhouse.
When job fair guests apply for a job, they will receive a free lift ticket that is valid all season long (excluding holidays). Employee benefits include: a free Sugarbush season pass, vanpool opportunities, Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHaRC) discounts, and retail, food and rental equipment discounts. Basic job requirements include a love for the mountains and the outdoors, and respect for the environment.. Duties and requirements vary from there.
