Sugarbush Hosts Mid-Summer Harvest Celebration & Pig Roast in New Gate House Courtyard


Warren, VT (July 1, 2019) – With the new renovations in the Gate House Courtyard at Lincoln Peak, Sugarbush Resort is set to host a brand new al-fresco summer dining experience with its Mid-Summer Harvest Celebration & Pig Roast on Saturday, July 20th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.

Co-hosting the event is nearby Lawson’s Finest Liquids, who will be on-site offering local libations. The dinner will be served buffet-style in the new Gate House Courtyard (Gate House Lodge serves as a rain contingency), with family-style seating. Music will be provided throughout the evening by the Starline Rhythm Boys

“We’ve been wanting to host an event like this for some time,” said Win Smith, President of Sugarbush. “It wasn’t really possible until these Courtyard renovations but now we’re excited to have the opportunity to host this dinner experience, hopefully one of many moving forward.”

The menu features a number of local meat and produce from nearby farms including Gaylord Farm Pig, Misty Knoll Farms Chicken, Neill Farm Beef, VT Bean Crafters Falafel with Tzatziki, Green Rabbit Sourdough Bread, Hartshorns Bibb Lettuce, Summer Tomato, and Watercress Salad, Von Trapps Oma/Blue Cheese Mac & Cheese, and local salads, vegetables, cobbler, and cookies.

Tickets for the event are $45 for adults ages 13 and up, $22.50 for kids ages 7-12, and $12 for kids ages 6 and under. Limited tickets are available and the event is expected to sell out.
