Are you a naturally friendly person with a helpful personality? The Sugarbush Inn is searching for a Front Desk Agent with a strong eye to guest service.

Responsibilities

As a primary point of guest service contact, tasks will be performed in a welcoming and professional manner. Agents ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service, while putting the guest's interests first. Duties include: greeting guests, answering phones, checking guests in/out, providing information about the resort and the Mad River Valley.
 

Requirements

Experience at a hotel front desk is preferred, but will train the right candidate. A professional personality is essential to this important service role. Front Desk Agents must be able to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands. Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary. General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred while previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus. Timely and reliable attendance is essential. Job training will begin in early December, and the position will run until the end of March.
