One Day Golf School
Saturday, July 14 and Friday, August 3
Drive for dough and putt for dough with this this full day class – starting with how to hold the golf club and leading you into the sand traps so you can become familiar with every part of the game of golf.
9:45 - 10:00 - SIGN-IN AND WARM-UP SESSION
10:00 - 11:00 - THE FULL SWING. This hour will consist of explaining the skills needed to grip the golf club, set-up to the golf ball, and swing properly so that you will understand the mechanics of a proper swing.
11:00 - 12:00 - CHIPPING AND PITCHING. Once you have learned to get the ball close to the green, you must learn how to get the ball close to the hole with your next shot. This is where chipping and pitching will help get lower scores.
12:00 - 1:00 - LUNCH
1:00 - 2:00 - BUNKER PLAY. Many pros say “sand should be your friend, not your enemy.” We will teach you to love hitting out of the sand and not waste valuable shots in doing so.
2:00 - 3:00 - PUTTING. “Drive for show, Putt for dough!” Good putting can make up for many bad shots, so learning how to putt correctly will definitely lower your score and make the game more fun.
Cost: $249 including lunch
The school will be limited to 10 people. The student/ teacher ratio will be 5/1. There will be a minimum of 3 to hold the school.
