Gadd Brook Taking Shape

Gadd Brook is really taking shape. Starting from the north end of the building and working towards the south, the roof is being completed along with the installation of the windows and trim. The cooling tower is up and the boilers are operational and standing by for heating the garage. The main stairwells are complete and foam insulation is next for the north end. The east side of the building has dormers and decking - it’s really looking sharp.
Sugarbush Village Drive is reconfigured and paved. There are sidewalks, lights, a new covered bridge leading to the Village and two new parking lots for Sugarbush Village businesses. Parking signage is in production and should be installed in a few weeks.
Looking good! Now we just need Mother Nature to bring on the cold temps.
