Our Purpose
Sugarbush Ski and Ride Schools at Lincoln Peak and Mt Ellen are dedicated to actively guiding and inspiring our guests to discover their own adventures while providing them the tools to relax, have fun, and excel at what they love doing.
Our Vision
Sugarbush Ski and Ride Schools promote the use, understanding, protection, and appreciation of our mountain environments. The Sugarbush Ski and Ride Schools are dedicated to offering our guests the opportunity to find and experience inspiration, ideas, and visions though an ongoing series of winter activities and programs.
Our Principles
Be Better Here through Safety, Fun and LearningThese three principles guide every decision we make. Safety for our guests, our selves, our community, our culture, the mountains we draw inspiration from, and the environmental conditions that have defined the Valley for generations allows us all to have Fun. Fun for our guests, their families, all our resort guests, and for the people of Vermont allows us to open our doors and invite visitors to the Valley to experience all that our mountain has to offer. That Fun leads to Learning by drawing our guests and staff into the quest for new experiences, new skills, and new ways of enjoying their time here. We embrace these principles in every decision we make and believe that each principle is dependant on the previous. Safety leads to Fun. Fun leads to Learning. And Learning is the basis of our purpose…Be Better Here
