Our legendary terrain, incredible snow, and friendly service make every group visit to Sugarbush memorable. Non-downhill ski activities such as snowshoeing through the backcountry, cross-country skiing, and ice skating compliment the legendary ski and ride terrain at Sugarbush.
What makes a group a group, anyway?
Twenty or more friends, relatives and/or co-workers qualify as a group at Sugarbush Resort.
Nail the Basics Sugarbush has the terrain, setting, and infrastructure to service the fundamentals for a variety of groups. As a group, you’ll receive special rates on lift tickets, lodging, meal plans, equipment rentals, ski/snowboard lessons and racing. Lodging options include a 42-room Vermont country Inn to a range of Condominiums. We also have a number of dining venues & group menus to create the right dining experience.
Taking your group trip to the next level! Our Adventure Learning Center offers a variety of programs that can be tailored to your group’s interests and abilities. Here’s a sampling:
- Get a real dose of adventure! Spend a few hours or a few days with John Egan, adventure skiing pioneer and Director of the Sugarbush Adventure Learning Center. Bumps, trees, steeps & deeps…
- Ski with an Olympian! Have Doug Lewis, two-time Olympian spend time with your group. Motivational words, valuable racing tips, or a whole day with Doug….a full range of possibilities
- NEW!! Backcountry’s Doorstep! – Fully customizable adventure overnight package for groups of 4-40. Basic trip includes 2 days skiing/riding at Sugarbush, unlimited access to backcountry terrain, evening stay mid-mountain at rustic Allyn’s Lodge. Can also add on: Skinning up to the Summit and ski down in the moonlight, Snowcave building & sleeping, Snowshoe hike day or night, Terrain assessment and more!

Planning tips to get best group deals!
- Visit midweek or anytime in the month of January (except holidays)
- Bigger the group the more savings - purchase 20 (same day) adult and youth lift tickets, your 21st lift ticket is FREE!
- Savings on more than just lift & lodging - Race NASTAR for $3 for two runs with purchase of 20 + race tickets. Savings on rentals too (see below).
- Stay a while! The longer you stay, the lower the daily rate on lift tickets!
