  • Timbers Restaurant offers fine wines and farm-to-table cuisine that showcases local farms through its ingredients. Local ingredients like Misty Knoll chicken, Vermont Family farm pork, Hollandeer Farm venison, local produce, and much more. Fashioned after a 19th-century Vermont round dairy barn, the restaurant is just steps away from the lifts. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

    Breakfast (daily): 7:30 - 10:00 AM
    Dinner (daily): 5:00 - 9:00 PM

    Closed on August 9th, August 22nd, September 5th, and October 10th for weddings or private events.
