Join us Tuesday nights at Castlerock Pub for a Raw Bar featuring an assortment of fresh East Coast shellfish.
Fast Tracks Brunch
Served on weekends and holidays 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM at Timbers Restaurant. A splended brunch buffet including fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, bacon and sausage, and speciality items.
Timbers Wine Dinners
Timbers Restaurant hosts a series of delicious 5-course dinners featuring international offerings from Head Chef Todd Dibkey. Wine specialist Marcus Champoux presents specific wine pairings with each course. $100 per person, includes tax and gratuity. Appetizers begin at 6:30 PM and the communal dinner begins at 7:00 PM.

Kids Cooking Class
Join us for a fun evening of creativity and discovery through a hands-on culinary experience. Children will learn basic kitchen safety, food handling, cooking techniques and how to set a table all while they prepare and feast on a three-course meal. Fresh, local ingredients will be in each dish the young chefs prepare. The interactive learning experience will give children the opportunity to develop a life-long love for the culinary arts and good food. Ages 5-14. $30 per child and includes appetizer, dinner, a recipe card, a chef apron and hat. Reservations required
