 The Featherbed Inn
The Featherbed Inn is one of the Valley’s originals just south of the town of Waitsfield on Route 100. This 1806 farm house features 10 spacious and tastefully antique decorated rooms with real European featherbeds on every bed, covered with a country quilt and private bathrooms. It is family friendly with two extra cottages on the property perfect for family and friends who want to be together. In the main Inn there are two sitting areas, the living room a quiet place for a book, WiFi and beverage or the fireplace room with large fieldstone fireplace, TV, foosball table and board games. Located near many great restaurants close to all the mountains, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and skating in town rink. Millbrook is a classic cape-style farmhousebuilt by Jack Dana in the 1850's. He located his farm house close to his lumber and brick mills on the nearby Mill Brook.
