Building a Vibrant Community at Sugarbush

Friday, February 3rd, 2012

With 6-9” of new snow since Monday, I am very pleased with how conditions have been setting up as we move into February. Earlier this week, I was able to get on the hill and enjoy some really great powder turns.

Recently, we celebrated the Martin Luther King holiday weekend with a variety of great events. From the Family-Style Italian Dinner and the Torchlight Parade and Fireworks, to the live music at Castlerock Pub, everyone enjoyed the camaraderie of being with their neighbors, friends, and families both on and off the mountain.

We are excited with the amount of interest shown in our latest addition to Lincoln Peak Village-- Rice Brook Slopeside Residences. With each new inquiry, we are closer to our vision of building a vibrant community at the base of Lincoln Peak. Four families have already made a financial commitment to secure their future at Rice Brook. There are eleven homes remaining.

Priced from $560,000, these new slopeside residences are situated to take in stunning views of both Lincoln Peak and the Northfield Range. The 15 privately-owned Rice Brook Residences will become part of the larger community that has been developing at Sugarbush since we completed Clay Brook in 2006. This year, families from all over – Boston, New York, Toronto, Venezuela – have come to this Valley to create lasting memories in a place they truly love.

Plans for Rice Brook are developing quickly and now is the time to see what our team has in store. Construction of Rice Brook marks a great opportunity to become a part of the Sugarbush community. See you on the mountain,
