Led by our in-house Green Team, we adhere to sustainable practices to reduce our ecological footprint across everything we do. These actions include using eco-friendly biodiesel to fuel our grooming cats. We work closely with the Forest Service to preserve wildlife habitat. And we make it a point to follow the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in all our resort activities.
Our Green Team encourages guests and employees to get in on the act with programs to conserve energy, minimize waste and treat our surroundings with the respect they deserve. We’re big supporters of great local ideas like our “localvore” food movement and using the Mad Bus to travel around the valley.
At Sugarbush, we’ve even started our own Mountain Water Company to supply all of Lincoln Peak Village with pure crystal-clear water, drawn from local sources. (And best of all, it comes straight from the tap).
