Join professors, recreational leaders, and business professionals on a one-day excursion into the cultivation of a healthy mind, healthy body, and healthy spirit.

The program includes optional educational seminars, mountain activities, dining, cocktail hour, and lodging at Clay Brook Hotel at Sugarbush Resort.

Schedule of Events:

7:30 AM: First Tracks Skiing – Complimentary morning ski with Win Smith, President, Sugarbush Resort. Reservations required.

6:30 – 8:00 AM: Lincoln Limo Cat Skiing – $75, reservations required. (Meet outside Timbers at 11am)

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Activities – Skiing/snowboarding at Sugarbush, cross-country skiing at Ole’s Cross Country Center, yoga and fitness at Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club, local shopping in the Mad River Valley and beyond.

12:00 – 3:00 PM: Snowshoe Tour at Sugarbush’s Lincoln Peak – $55, reservations required.

12:00 – 6:00 PM: East Shore Vineyards Wine Tasting, The General Store.

4:30 – 5:30 PM: EVENING SEMINAR – (choose one)

8:00 – 8:30 PM: Ann Strubler, Detroit Symphony Orchestra Emeritus Violinist – A live performance and her compelling story; introduction by Dave Strubler, Dean, Stiller School of Business at Champlain College.
