Wake up to that fresh green mountain air and meet at the Health & Racquet Club at 9 AM for a quick run and stretch. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, get ready to sweat, improve and have a blast with fun and intense drills. Morning sessions conclude at 11:30 AM. Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely lunch or participate in another outdoor activity such as hiking or relaxing by the pool.
Afternoon sessions begin at 1:30 PM and focus on implementing the elements of the morning drills via strategy and match play. The sessions conclude at 4 PM, which leaves plenty of time for a trip to the local swimming hole or a bike ride through the scenic Mad River Valley.

Stroke of the Day Clinics
Having trouble with a particular stroke? Take our Stroke of the Day Clinic and we will help to break it down, drill it, and put it to a playing situation. Each week a new schedule will be posted outlining which stroke will be addressed. The clinic takes place from noon until 1 PM.
