  • For kids and their families, Mini Blazers is a wonderful way to make skiing at Sugarbush a major component of growing up with the mountains as a playground. Consistent groups and continuity of coaching really promote a fun and safe environment in which to experience snow-filled adventures and to gain the skills nedessary to ski with confidence.

Mini Blazers Half Days meet every Saturday and Sunday from 9:15 AM (with a 9:30 AM departure) to 12:30 PM, December 14, 2013 to March 23, 2014. Mini-Blazers are encouraged to attend every session to maximize learning and group consistency.

Mini Blazers must be linking turns with confidence on green terrain access off of chair lifts and be able to ride a chair lift unassisted. Skiers should be moving with the terrain and not skiing defensively in a wedge. Participation on one of the first two weekends in December greatly assists our coaches in establishing groups that will work well together and have have a blast together for the remainder of the season.
