NASTAR Racing
Ski & Ride School is now closed, thank you for a wonderful season!
Sugarbush proudly supports grass roots racing through our participation in NASTAR – the national standards race program. NASTAR is a great way for skiers and riders of all abilities and ages to experience the exciting action of racing. The race arena on Racer’s Edge at Lincoln Peak is accessible from the Super Bravo Quad or the Valley House Double Chair.
NASTAR is a handicap-based program that accounts for each racer’s age and gender to level the playing field in awarding Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Each participant’s results are tracked and posted with NASTAR nationally and are accessible at NASTAR.com, and racers can qualify for regional and national competitions.
Races take place each Friday, Saturday and Sunday and on holidays, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM, conditions depending. Please check our events calendar for other scheduled races.

Get some tips from our racing staff and time in the gates before the NASTAR course opens to the public. Weather permitting (no gates on a powder day). Sign-up at the Ski & Ride Desk in the Farmhouse at Lincoln Peak or at the NASTAR Start House.
