Same as the Remote Fireside Dining, but with a special wine twist each evening.

Those wishing to make the strenuous hour and fifteen-minute skin or snowshoe trip up to Allyn's Lodge should meet their guide at 4:45 PM at Timbers Restaurant. Guests wishing to ride the cat meet at Timbers by 6 PM. Evening ends around 9:30/9:45 PM.

Dates: Please book well in advance, as these do sell out fast. Sundays: Dinners may be available for private groups with at least one-week notice-minimum of 8 people required.

Rates: Scheduled dinners for $175 per person. Private dinners for groups up to twelve are also available. Larger groups can be accommodated by special request.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 1 week or more prior to the scheduled dinner will receive a full refund. Cancelleations made less than 1 week prior to the dinner will only be refunded if dinner can be resold. Sugarbush reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather/conditions.
