Remote Fireside Dining at Allyn's Lodge

Ride the Cabin Cat to the top of Gadd Peak for a candle-lit gourmet feast in Allyn's Lodge. Hearty meal includes hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, entree, dessert, wine, and coffee. Following the dinner, guests have the option to ski down under the moonlight taking in the commanding views, or ride in the cat back to the base. (Ski-down option dependent upon conditions.) Special Wine Requests: If you'd like to request a specific wine(s) for your dinner, please let us know at Guest Servies. Additional costs may be determined by wine selection. For private parties only.

Live Music: Jazz up your Allyn’s Lodge Dinner with live music. Upgrade for $725 per group.

Time: Those wishing to make the strenuous hour and fifteen-minute skin or snowshoe trip up to Allyn's Lodge should meet their guide at 4:45 PM at Timbers Restaurant. Guests wishing to ride the cat meet at Timbers by 6 PM. Evening ends around 9:30/9:45 PM.

Dates: Please book well in advance, as these do sell out fast. Dinners may be available for private groups with at least one-week notice-minimum of 8 people required.

Rates: Scheduled dinners for $175 per person. Private dinners for groups up to twelve are also available. Larger groups can be accommodated by special request.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 1 week or more prior to the scheduled dinner will receive a full refund. Cancelleations made less than 1 week prior to the dinner will only be refunded if dinner can be resold. Sugarbush reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather/conditions.
