YOGA FOR SKI AND RIDE: Week 1: hip flexors, Week 2: feet, ankles and calves.Week 3: upper legs, quads, hamstrings and IT band, Week 4: hips, Week 5: core. The last three weeks are combos of weeks 2-5, developing strength.
