Vermont Gubernatorial Candidate Sue Minter Hosts “Meet and Ski” at Sugarbush on Friday, March 25th

Warren, VT (March 21, 2016) Democratic  gubernatorial candidate, former Secretary of Transportation and four-term state representative Sue Minter is planning a meet and greet that couldn’t be more appropriate to her Vermont constituents. Minter will host a “Meet and Ski” at Vermont’s Sugarbush Resort on Friday, March 25th.

Minter’s “Meet and Ski” will offer a $35 All Mountain lift ticket to anyone who would like to join Minter during their ski day. Minter will arrive at Lincoln Peak at Sugarbush at 11 AM for lunch in the Gate House Lodge cafeteria. Minter will head out onto the slopes at noon and will spend the afternoon riding the lifts and taking runs on a variety of terrain at Lincoln Peak.

As any Vermonter knows, a ski day is not complete without the après scene. From 3 PM – 5 PM, Minter will host an après ski gathering in Timbers, the resort’s slopeside, round-barn-styled restaurant. The après event is yet another opportunity for Vermonters to connect with the gubernatorial candidate, to learn more about her views, and to share their concerns.

“We are delighted that Sue is coming to Sugarbush for a ski day,” commented Win Smith, President and Majority Owner of Sugarbush.  “Earlier this winter, Lieutenant Governor Phil Scott learned how to make snow here at Sugarbush.  It is great to see such bi-partisan understanding and support of this industry which is so important to Vermont.”

The public is invited to attend Minter’s “Meet and Ski”, but is asked to pre-register by Thursday, March 24th at midnight at:
