New Schoolers Tell-A-Friend Tour Comes to Sugarbush With Andy Parry

Warren, VT (January 2, 2014) – The New Schoolers Tell a Friend Tour is coming to Sugarbush Resort on Saturday, January 3rd.

Presented by Line Skis, the park event will take place in the Riemergasse Park at Mt. Ellen starting at 10:00 AM. The event is open to the public and participants are invited to grab laps on the Sunny Double lift and enjoy the creative designs of Sugarbush’s Parks crew.

Several featured athletes will be attending the event including Line Skis team member Andy Parry. Parry is one of the founders of the Line Travelling Circus, which has been one of the most popular web series in skiing for the last several years. Other athletes include Ross Imburgia, Ian Compton, Charlie Dayton, and Shane McFalls.

Sugarbush Parks offers a wide variety of terrain features catering to all abilities. The terrain park features a dedicated lift that serves park riders. Features include wall rides, kinked rails, jumps, tables, and much more. Transworld Snowboarding Magazine ranked the terrain park “Top 5 Parks in the East” in 2013.

“We’ve continued to see great enthusiasm regarding our parks program over the last several years,” said Win Smith, President of Sugarbush Resort. “Our Parks team continues to produce a top rated park, and the following among freestyle skiers and riders continues to grow.”

After the event the public is invited to the Mt. Ellen Base Lodge for a pizza party starting at 3:00 PM.
