Rumble's Kitchen is seeking a dining host that possesses a welcoming and friendly disposition. As a first point of guest contact, hosts help to ensure that guests start off their dining experience with pleasant and professional service.

Responsibilities

Sugarbush resort and resort guests expect high standards in customer service. Hosts provide guests with proper attention, skillfully manage their reservation needs with care, and seat in a timely, fair and friendly manner. Hosts are able to multitask with great skill and complete attention to detail while balancing the demands of multiple guests.

Requirements

Knowledge of, or ability to learn all, applicable state laws, health and safety standards regarding food and beverage. Timely and reliable attendance is a must. Desire and ability to deliver excellent customer service. Requires an ability to continually maintain a friendly disposition, even under great demand while being prompt and helpful. Be able to succeed in an often fast-paced environment. Must understand interests of the restaurant as a whole and provide appropriate teamwork and cooperation with a positive attitude. Must adhere to all safety and hygiene standards. Must be available to work weekends, and holidays.
