Season Pass/Ticket Office Assistant Supervisor
The Season Pass/Tickets Assistant Supervisor exerts a positive leadership role in further developing the high standards of customer service that our guests have come to expect and serves to carry out a variety of front office duties with accuracy and efficiency. Assistant Supervisors will work with the Ticket / Season Pass Manager and Ticket/Season Pass Supervisor in all areas of Season Passes and Tickets Sales.
The Season Pass/Tickets Assistant Supervisor makes point of sale decisions to find the balance between keeping the guest’s interests foremost in mind while being fiscally responsible to the department/company. As a primary point of guest service contact, tasks will be performed in a welcoming and professional manner- often serving as a Ticket Seller while overseeing other sellers to ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age, Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have strong reading, math and computer skills. Previous supervisory experience and customer service and cash handling experience is required. Resort experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Previous POS software experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred.
Some outdoor work required. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, in person and in writing. Visual acuity necessary for operating machines where the seeing job is at or within arms reach. Ability to perform sedentary work involving sitting most of the time and requires walking or standing only occasionally, it also includes exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to push, pull, carry, lift or otherwise move and object. Ability to withstand noise, such as from printers and high volumes of guests. The job is fast paced at peak times.
