As a first point of contact for many Sugarbush guests, Rental/Repair Staff are an important component of the overall guest experience. We are a busy shop that facilitates and manages guest needs while maintaining a pleasant and helpful atmosphere.
 

Responsibilities

Maintain an efficient and friendly disposition at all times. Duties include greeting guests in a professional manner while assisting them with their rental & repair needs; processing rental paperwork; utilizing a point of sale machine for customer transactions; servicing customers with rentals and returns; and occasionally serving to clean, tune, test and stock rental products. Cashiers conduct sales/service transactions and maintain strong communication skills with all team members and guests. 
 

Requirements

Must be able to process customers quickly with excellent customer service skills -- pleasant, attentive and accurate. Requires ability to juggle a variety of tasks- adjusting to differing levels of business from a high demand day to slow periods of inactivity. Must have a solid work background.  Ability to work holidays and/or weekends, though shifts may vary.
