Body Benefits w/ Roarke Sharlow
Body Benefits – A 90 minute, non impact, toning, and shaping class that utilizes hand weights, body bars, stability balls and tubing to sculpt and define major muscle groups through resistance training. This non-cardio, total body (upper body, lower body and core) workout, focuses on muscular endurance to produce results. A rejuvenating stretch will follow the workout. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome.
