IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EMPLOYMENT AT SUGARBUSH

Policies at Sugarbush

All new employees at Sugarbush are asked to fill out a series of forms. A few of these forms are required within the first week of starting work.

For example:

Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) – This may be the most important form in the bunch.  The employee will not be able to receive a seasons pass until an I-9 is complete and returned to the Human Resources office.  The back of the I-9 form lists acceptable forms of ID.  You should only fill out the top of the form and sign/date it.  We verify the ID provided and we sign in section 2.  By law, an employee cannot work beyond three days without this form.  After that, you risk job suspension.
Acknowledgement of Risk Form – Please read and sign.  Safety is a priority at Sugarbush and working in a resort environment can entail risks.
After your manager has extended a job offer to you, he or she will give you a folder with the necessary forms and information.  Fill out the forms completely, grab your ID for your I-9 form and bring it to the Human Resources office.

We look forward to seeing you – good luck!
