We believe in sweet dreams. We’re doing everything we can to provide you with the best possible night's sleep. Slopeside accommodations, fluffy pillows, comfy beds, quiet time, fireplaces, in-room Jacuzzi tubs, ways to expend energy throughout the day—the list goes on. About the only reason we hear that guests can’t get to sleep is because of excitement of what their next day at Sugarbush will bring.

The 61 residences of Clay Brook at Sugarbush range from studios to five-bedroom suites and deliver a level of service, luxury, and convenience that sets them apart. Each home is furnished in rich detail, and appointed with hardwood furniture, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

POOL & HOT TUBS
Clay Brook at Sugarbush offers a year-round outdoor heated pool and two outdoor hot tubs. The pool is heated to between 80 and 82°F, and hot tubs are heated to 104°F.

FITNESS ROOM
All guests staying in Clay Brook at Sugarbush receive 24-hour keycard access to the fitness room, located in the north wing on the first floor. The fitness room is home to state-of-the-art gym equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, a recumbent bicycle, and a Bowflex® multi-trainer. The fitness room is appointed with cable television on an LCD screen.

Just inside the fitness room is a console, stocked daily with fresh towels. Water is also provided. Changing and shower facilities are located directly next to the fitness room.

As an added bonus, all resort guests also receive complimentary access to the Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club.

RESTAURANT & BAR
There are many dining options at Sugarbush and throughout the local area. While staying with us, be sure to dine at our in-house restaurant, Timbers, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an inviting bar and fireplace for après ski. The creative chefs at Timbers stir up recipes for every occasion using fresh and local food.

GAME ROOM
Located next to the lower level lobby, our Game Room has a child-size pool and air hockey table, plus a television with Play Station. Complimentary age-appropriate PlayStation® games are available from the Front Desk.

PET-FRIENDLY HOSPITALITY
Clay Brook at Sugarbush understands that your dog is a member of your family and therefore welcomes your well-behaved dog in designated dog-friendly residences in the south wing of the building. As availability is limited, please call our sales associates at 800.53.SUGAR (800-537-8427) and specify that you wish to book a dog-friendly residence. Pet policies and other restrictions will apply.
