Despite what you may see in your yard, the mountain continues to pick up regular doses of natural snow. The snowmakers have been helping Mother Nature too and the conditions are improving daily.
We hope to open several trails for Saturday, including some terrain on Gate House for our Blazer kids and other seasonal programs that kick off this weekend. Welcome back everyone!
Splintered sunlight.
Snowguns have been moved to Ripcord and Birdland, with the goal of opening them as soon as we can. Thankfully, snow is in the forecast too, and we may get a much-needed boost before the upcoming Solstice and holiday period.
We have three possible storms lined up in the next week. The first one is predicted to start tomorrow afternoon/evening, then Sunday night and finally Tuesday into Wednesday. The mountain could be transformed by this time next week. Is anybody excited for Mount Ellen to open next Friday, Dec 21st? Oh yeah!
Alpen glory.
Either way, we will continue to make as much snow as the weather allows. The groomers have been doing a great job too, and the turns are silky smooth in most places.
Check out the First Tracks Snow Report from this morning.

Sugarbush Parks brewing up a tasty rail. Run away and join the free Line Traveling Circus freestyle clinic on Sunday!

The snowmakers are cranking out accumulation.

Welcome back Diamond Dogs!

Welcome back Bush Pilots!
It looks like a great weekend for skiing and riding at Sugarbush. We hope to see you soon!
