While the snow is disappearing downcountry, the incredible spring conditions just keep rolling at Sugarbush. Yesterday's surprise squall dumped a quick inch or two and refreshed everything with a new coat.
Dr. Johnny Fever practicing some physics on Paradise yesterday.
Not that we needed more, base depths are at mid-winter levels. Even the woods are still filled.
Conditions are so good, you'll flip.
Today's 1st Tracks Snow Report.
Sochi Olympian Nolan Kaspar visited Mt. Ellen.
Last weekend's bonus Mt. Ellen days were tasty, too. We got to watch Nolan Kaspar tear it up on Inverness Sunday morning, then some Reimergasse Park laps, groomer cruisers and off-piste explorations, capped off with a great deck show by the Detonators.
Getting some coaching from one of the world's best!
Thank you to all our passholders! We already miss Mt. Ellen, too.
How about a big cheer for Sugarbush Parks? Check out the new Racer's Edge Park!
Still wintery on the ridgelines.
The off-piste is off the hook.
Heaven's Gate looking very good yesterday.
Professor Egan sharing the forest for the trees.
Mid-winter depths with spring sunshine? Yes, please.
More freshies! Yesterday and today have been amazing.
We've got a quiet event weekend, but the real fun is on the mountain anyway. Saturday looks like one of the sweetest days of the whole spring, with temps near 60 and brilliant sunshine.
Even with the deep snowpack, the end of the season is less than a month away. Time to wring out the best of spring. Better be here!
