After some much needed rain this week, the sun is out again and everything is extra shiny and green. The trails were getting pretty dusty and we were starting to worry about the fungi and berry crops. No worries, the nice slow soak has revived them.
Before the rains came post-weekend, we were excited to host the Mountain Moxie crew again. Mountain Moxie is a Vermont-based women's bike team, with racing, social and educational components.
We first joined forces last summer for a downhill clinic day and due to its success, they came back for more. Check out this great article in June's Vermont Sports about the team's first visit to Sugarbush. This year, Egan was the lucky coach to work with the group. Judging from the smiles, it seems like everyone was happy!

Summer is in full swing now and one of the highlights of the whole season is next week, the 64th Annual Warren Fourth of July Parade! The party really starts now though. The Vermont Symphony Orchestra is playing tomorrow evening, with a nice 1812 Overture fireworks display to get everyone ready for the big boom show next Wednesday. Be sure to check out the full schedule of events here.

If you haven't been to a Warren Fourth of July, make it a priority.

The wildflowers are peaking on Murphy's Garden, err Glade.

In living color.

Hay, that's pretty.
The weather looks good for the weekend and into next week. Summer camps and clinics are cranking, the lift is spinning, the mountains are ultra-green, the river is refreshing, and the golf course is in fine shape. Better be here!
We hope to see you soon.
