My Resolutions

In this month’s Mountain Views, John writes of his New Year’s resolutions.  After my orthopedic knee surgery this past summer, I worked hard to get back in shape through some excellent physical therapy with Joe Grant and my own exercise routine.  I now feel better on the slopes than I have for several years, so my New Year’s resolution is to keep hydrating well, eating healthily, and continuing to stretch and build endurance and strength so I can hit my goal of skiing 100 days when I hit the century mark in 32 years.
