Title: Events Assistant
Type: Part Time Seasonal
Sugarbush Resort is seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Events Assistant. This position will be responsible for assisting in the administration and facilitation of all resort events.
The Events Assistant will assist the Event/Marketing team in coordinating resort events/activities through development of event logistics and structure.
Update the events calendar, third party websites, publicize information regarding upcoming resort activities. Assist in event-day management such as: volunteer coordination, internal and external vendor communication, food and beverage staff, resort guests, etc.
Applicant must be a pro-active self-starter able to work autonomously as well as part of larger team. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to accept constant challenge. Strong computer, guest service, and communication skills (both in person and writing) are required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalency degree. Work schedule requires weekends. Candidate must have a positive disposition, be able to work as a team player, and be able to deliver exceptional guest service.
