Title: Base Lodge Attendant

Type: Full Time Seasonal

Summary

Base Lodge personnel keep our resort looking good and running well. We need energetic people that can get a job done with efficiency and follow-through. We are looking for friendly and flexible team players.

Responsibilities

Work is mostly custodial and involves indoor and outdoor tasks in various types of weather. May also involve evening hours when special events are scheduled. Duties include janitorial tasks such as cleaning restrooms; bussing tables; vacuuming; cleaning windows; removing snow or debris around outside of buildings, stairs, and other general areas as needed. Concern for and adherence to established safety standards is essential.

Requirements

This position requires being flexible, motivated, and a good attitude. Must be able to work independently and without need for constant supervision, as well as part of a larger team. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds. Must possess ability to communicate effectively in person, on a radio and on the telephone, and the ability to use hands for grasping and manipulating for long periods of time. Must be able to withstand noise, such as from equipment/machinery. Must be safety conscious, timely, and reliable. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. High School Education or equivalency degree required. This position is subject to a background check, a criminal records check will be performed on all applicants offered employment. Continued employment is subject to the final determination reached based on the results of the check.
