Title: Base Operations Attendant

Type: Full Time Seasonal

Summary

Base Operations technicians keep our resort looking good and running well. We need folks that can get a job done with efficiency and follow-through. We are looking for friendly and flexible team players.

Responsibilities

The right candidate will perform maintenance & repairs on resort facilities. Will be responsible for visually inspecting building structures for maintenance and repair issues. Work involves indoor and outdoor tasks in various types of weather. May also involve evening hours when special events are scheduled. Duties will also include janitorial tasks such as cleaning restrooms; bussing tables; vacuuming; cleaning windows; removing snow or debris around outside of buildings, stairs, and other general areas as needed.

Requirements

Will need a valid driver license as company vehicle use is expected. This position requires being flexible, motivated, and in possession of a good attitude. Must be able to work independently, without need for constant supervision, as well as part of a larger team. Prior experience in building trades and with tools and small equipment required. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds. Must possess ability to communicate effectively in person, on a radio and on the telephone, and the ability to use hands for grasping and manipulating for long periods of time. Must be able to withstand noise, such as from equipment/machinery. Must be safety conscious, timely and reliable. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. High School Education or equivalency degree required.
