Driving Directions w/ Aug 4 - Aug 24 Construction

The Town of Warren will be closing the Sugarbush Access Road starting Aug 4 through Aug 24, from 7 AM-5 PM. Construction ends just above the Sugarbush Inn by the intersection of the German Flats Road. Below are alternative driving directions for folks coming to Sugarbush at Lincoln Peak for any on-mountain activities and the Sugarbush Resort Golf Course. As a result of this construction, we will have new snow making pipes for the 2010/11 winter ski/ride season! Sorry again for any inconvenience.

From Rt 100 south

Turn left on to West Hill Road (across from the north entrance to Warren Village). At first fork with Golf Course Road bear left. At second fork with Inferno Road bear right. Follow Inferno Road to 4-way intersection with the Sugarbush Access Road. The Lincoln Peak base area is on your right.

From Rt 100 north

In Waitsfield bear right onto Rt 17. Take a left onto German Flats Road. Take a right onto the Sugarbush Access Road, which will take you to the Lincoln Peak base area.

From Rt 17

Take German Flats Road to the Sugarbush Access Road. Turn right onto the Access Road, which will take you to the Lincoln Peak base area.

Driving Directions

Northbound directions from Albany and points south and west: take I-87 Northway to Exit 20, go northeast to NY #149 to Route 4 to Route 100. Follow Route 100 North to Warren. Turn left onto the Sugarbush Access Road (look for the Sugarbush Resort Area sign).

Southbound directions from Burlington or Montreal: take I-89 south to Exit 10 Waterbury. Follow Route 2 south through Waterbury to Route 100 South. Follow 100 South through Waitsfield. Turn right onto the Sugarbush Access Road (look for the Sugarbush Resort Area sign).

Northbound directions from New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and points south: take I-89 north to Exit 9/Middlesex to Route 100b. Follow 100b to 100 South through Waitsfield. Turn right onto the Sugarbush Access Road (look for the Sugarbush Resort Area sign).

If the weather isn't too snowy, take Exit 3/Bethel off I-89. Take 107 west to 100 North, then follow it up through Rochester, Hancock and Granville until you take a left onto the Sugarbush Access Road (look for the Sugarbush Resort Area sign) in Warren.
